Spiritual Life

While the message of Jesus Christ is found in all aspects of the DLHS, God’s Word can be found specifically in . . .

Chapel – Chapel is held every Tuesday and Thursday. It is a 30 minute time set aside during the day to praise and honor God. Led by pastors, teachers, and guest speakers and often involving student participation, these chapel services usually have a small liturgy, Bible readings, singing, and a short message.

Theology Classes – Denver Lutheran High School has the best high school theology department in the nation. The theology classes are rigorous academic classes where grades are earned – just like any other class. The theology teachers are trained in their areas of expertise and are constantly seeking ways in which to improve their theology instruction.
